Cleaning a New Lamy Pen
If you've taken the nib off a new Lamy pen, you may have noticed some blue ink on the feed and underside of the nib. What's up with that? Well...all of the Lamy nib sections are tested at the Lamy factory, so it's residual ink. Cleaning it is real easy, and here in the video I show you how.

Shake That Converter!
If you've ever used a fountain pen with a cartridge converter, you know sometimes they can be a bit of a pain to clean thoroughly. You flush and flush and flush but the water still isn't clear! Well, maybe you just need to shake things up a bit. A brief yet confident shaking of your converter filled with water will get ink out of the 'hidden spots' inside your converter to give you a more thorough cleaning.

Swapping Lamy Nibs with Tape
Probably the biggest selling point to the Lamy Safari/Al-Star/Vista/Joy pens are that they all have interchangeable nibs. I shot this video on how to easily swap out Lamy nibs using nothing but run-of-the-mill scotch tape. It's safe, fast, easy, and works well whether your Lamy is inked or not.
